Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. We currently accept Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide by courier. Delivery inside Dhaka typically takes 1–2 working days; outside Dhaka 2–4 working days. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on 01301-027373 and we will arrange an exchange. Unstitched fabric that has been cut or washed cannot be returned.
Wholesale
Wholesale orders (minimum 12 pieces per design) are governed by the rates and terms agreed at the time of order. See our Wholesale page or contact us for details.
